Gluyen Free menu is in the kiosk at the table. It states to speak with the Manager before placing your order. I told the I have celiac so I can't have any gluten. She asked what I was going to order to inform the kitchen my meal would be coming through the system soon so they could handle it properly. My food came on a completely separate style plate then the rest of my party.

I eat here consistently and I have never had a single problem. I typically order the same things and have never gotten sick.

I experienced the same thing as a previous comment. After stating my GF needs clearly and ordering from gf menu, my steak plate came out with Texas toast piled on top. sent back and the same steak and Potato were moved to new plate and given to me. Asked manager why and the response was "does or matter?" I got a 3rd plate of food and proceeded to break out in hives at the table. called corporate and was given vouchers and advised to use them at another location. No thanks, won't be back and would have liked a refund of my money.

asked for Gluten free menu. they had lots of options that were more than just salad
brought steak out with toast sitting on top, asked for a new one and they brought the same one out without the toast on top. Got horribly sick.
No
There allergen menu is comprehensive and available online and in the restaurant on the little screens at each table. Gluten-free options are slim as many items are marked cross-contamination risk. Waitstaff is knowable about their procedures. I usually have the baby back ribs with the house sauce. Their online ordering does not have a place to mark allergies or request accommodations.

I’ve tried this Chili’s several times and been sick each time. I ordered items from the “gluten friendly” list, but they weren’t gluten friendly enough, unfortunately. I feel like cross contamination is an issue.

Their website lists corn tortilla as an option for fajitas. But I was told by the waiter today that corn tortillas are no longer an option. He couldn’t verify if it was just this location or for the franchise. So have a back up plan if you encounter this.

I looked online before we attempted to eat here and had pretty much figured out what I’d order. I did what I always do, inform the wait staff and ask them to change gloves. The waitress basically panicked and ran for the manager who told me the only gluten free option was the plain salmon and steamed broccoli. Completely not what the menu offered and they seemed clueless that there Even was a gluten free menu. She even said so you’re leaving now right? I chose to order from the GF menu and just asked her to ask staff to change gloves and utensils…… praying I haven’t made a huge mistake! I wouldn’t recommend this location for celiacs no matter how this ends up because they REALLY DONT SEEM TO HAVE A CLUE

I was dismayed at the lack of a separate GF menu and items. Service was fabulous from our waitress when I was shown the allergen list at our table, but other than that it was a game of hunt-and-peck to find the right menu items for myself, which were few and far between.
