I mean it's chilies so eat their at your own risk. I have Celiac and have eaten at the Capitola location on occasion for several years and never gotten contaminated. however I would advise you to look at their allergen menu very carefully and be super specific when ordering since most of the servers don't even know what gluten is. They do have good steak, chicken, fajitas, soup and salad that can all be made gf. Be forwarded their tortilla chips ARE NOT gluten free.
Quick and easy dinner (love the 2 for $20 deal). They have a gluten free menu and staff is helpful. I usually get a sirloin with sautéed mushrooms and a side of veggies. 1 star off because I noticed on their gluten free menu in the "popular chains" section of this app it says Cesear Salad without dressing or croutons yet in the dressings it lists Cesear as gluten free. I have avoided it because of the confusion.
The fajitas were good. The chips and salsa are gluten free!! They have a menu that identifies the top 8 allergens for each item. The staff is knowledgeable about allergies.
I got the margarita grilled chicken, and a water with lemon. The margarita grilled chicken was so incredible and completely gluten-free, I am not sure if stuff was marked gluten-free on the menu, and I do not know if they hand out a gluten-free menu at the restaurant, but there is a gluten-free menu online.
