Huge variety of choices that can be made gluten-free and dairy-free. I spoke to two employees in depth and was told they have one fryer for empanadas, which have gluten, and another fryer for the other things that don't. I was able to order the potato pancakes without the cheese, and they offered to grill my chorizo versus fry it in the shared fryer. The food is so amazing, portions are huge, and so safe to eat. I can't wait to go back!
