I didn’t see any of their menu items marked gluten free and the menu doesn’t necessarily say “gluten free”. But the first thing wait staff asked was if we had any food allergies. I said I was Celiac. She was very knowledgeable about that and went above and beyond to ensure everything I had would not have cross contamination, or contain any gluten products. They brought a little appetizer out and they put a gluten free cracker with it. The menu is self explanatory as far as what items may or may not have gluten. She did ensure me that none of their sauces were thickened with a rue, so they don’t contain wheat. Overall, even though nothing says they’re gluten free, it does seem like a good majority of their menu is gluten free, and they did an amazing job. I’d highly recommend Chimney Park to anyone with Celiac or gluten intolerance. The experience was really good.
