Visited this restaurant after reading the reviews on this site. Was super excited to eat Chinese food safely. Waiter did not seem to know what “celiac” was until I explained. After asking my usual rundown of questions about the preparation of the food, the server indicated that all food is chopped on both wood and plastic cutting board surfaces. He offered to serve me just meat but indicated all vegetables would be at risk for contamination. If you have celiac and avoid cross contamination then this is not the place to safely eat. I was unable to eat a meal here.
I am severe when it comes to my celiac. We went to Chin Chin after looking at this site and had a wonderful experience. Our server knew exactly what I could have. My husband is not gf but enjoyed his dish as well as my boys. If we are back in the area we will go back. best chicken fried rice I've had in 1 1/2 years.
