I have eaten here numerous times and have never had a gluten reaction. There is an adequate selection of gluten free choices but all I need are a few to be happy. They will pan fry the amazingly delicious Dancing Yucca fries to avoid cross-contamination. The Tallarín Zhen Fe Hong Kong rice noodles are amazing as is the Causa Limeña. There is a detailed allergy/dietary restrictions menu and the staff is knowledgeable. I love this place.

While checking in, they asked if there were any allergies and ensured to give an allergy menu. The waitress was well versed and extremely helpful. The GF food was absolutely amazing - tons of options!

The food was great! Check out their allergy menu online before you go, it was super helpful to be able to see that ahead of time. A very cool spot for date night or girls night!

Went here for restaurant week and beforehand, called and confirmed with a manager that they could make restaurant week items gluten free. Got there, and it turns out they could make about one item per section gluten free, which was totally fine, except the way they went about it did NOT instill confidence. Asked me multiple times if I was fine with cross contamination (I am celiac and am not) and I had to advocate for them to cook yucca fries in a separate pan (it says on the menu they could be made gluten free, but they almost cooked it in the shared fryer even though I had emphasized that I can't have cross contamination). They had gluten free soy sauce and I ended up not getting sick but the uncertainty and stress of the situation honestly ruined what I had hoped would be a great night out.

They bring out a separate allergen menu. Pretty extensive options and the server was able to answer lots of questions. Shared a lovely meal with a non-gf friend, without having to make any significant modifications :) try the pulpo!

Wonderful experience. We did the tasting menu. Talked with manager and he spoke with chef to accommodate us for everything. Very aware of cross contact and how to modify dishes. Definitely recommend speaking with a manager to communicate your needs!

Like all Jose Andres restaurants, they have a well marked allergen menu. However the gluten free options weren’t as exciting to me and were limited. I ended up having digestive symptoms as well... the menu says there’s always a chance of cross contact. I probably wouldn’t try this place again.
Very, very few choices for Celiac GF diet. Wait staff was knowledgeable and there was a comprehensive Allergen menu, however, most is not GF. It is a small dish/sharing type of menu, but I found just a few dishes I could have, one small appetizer, two small vegetable sides, a rice dish and a noodle dish. I don’t eat fish or seafood, which may have had additional selections. The few things I had were good.
Terrible experience. Many of the dishes I tried to order they told me would have to be modified to the point where my only options were rice, cucumbers, and tomatoes;( Do not recommend for Celiacs.

Food was delicious but there is definitely risk of cross contamination.

Incredible! Such an eclectic mix of flavors from Peruvian, Chinese and Japanese influence. They have one of the most comprehensive allergen menus and know how to prepare GF incredibly well in addition to Vegetarian, vegan ( soy free, nut free, finfsh or shellfish free!). Kind waitstaff who care about their dishes and your health

Ask for an allergen menu! Staff was friendly, wine and food were amazing. Highly recommend the rice noodle bowl and braised beef. Pricey place but so delicious!
