Review of China Delight Restaurant and Lounge

I thought I would check them out, but they didn't understand what I meant when I asked what procedures they use in the kitchen to prevent cross-contamination. He told me they just use gluten free ingredients. Which is obviously not the same as gluten free food. Anyone trained to cook or serve gluten free food would know exactly what I meant by that question as the necessary procedures are extensive. Some restaurants follow them, most don't bother learning what gluten free is about or how to do it. This restaurant is one of the latter. They told me they have had a gluten free menu for 5 years, so in all that time no one has looked up celiac disease or kitchen protocol for gf cooking. Very very disappointing!!
