Classic American Chinese menu. Staff is Very knowledgeable about gluten, and language barrier isn’t an issue. I have celiac, but my reactions aren’t very obvious. I’m pretty sure they are careful about cross contamination though. It’s the only place I’ve ever been able to get gf sesame chicken, and it’s fantastic!!!
