They have gluten free general tso tofu! It is not what I’d normally order but it is really good. They also have gf soy sauce to make gf fried rice and other options if you ask.

Review
The staff is pretty knowledgeable and they allow you to leave your own gluten-free soy sauce there and they will make you anything you want fresh and gluten-free. They also can make things like chicken and broccoli with a white sauce which is absolutely amazing. The staff there is absolutely wonderful, always listens and takes questions and does so with a smile. My Celiac family has never gotten sick. The egg drop soup is gluten-free!
