There was only one item on the menu that was “gluten free”, chicken teriyaki without sauce. I still got really sick.

We have had the biggest problem finding gluten free Chinese restaurants that are aware of cross contamination as well. My husband spoke with one of the associates and he was very familiar with all of it. What could and couldn’t be made and what was safe. 1st Chinese place that I have eaten and not got sick. I am very sensitive to cross contamination.
