Been going here for a year regularly. Never gotten sick.
Flour tortillas are out but they don't leave crumbs like bread so I guess it's ok?

Do NOT eat here if celiac. Gf ingredients are good. But I watched them contaminate every single items as they did a huge line of flour tortillas. It was lunch and busy - then died down and I watched them tidy up. I would have been sick if I hadn’t seen that and it was a quiet time. They offered to get me a new spoon to serve, but not knowledgeable about cross contact. Be safe!

The staff were very knowledgeable about what was and wasn’t gf. They changed their gloves and washed and sanitized their hands without me having to ask. There were plenty of good celiac-friendly options, and the food was delicious. I ordered a burrito bowl and loved it. I would definitely recommend this place.

Every filling is gf. The only thing not gf is the tortilla. Which is sad because real tortilla are made from corn not wheat. Take the bowl then

Order a burrito bowl and no problem. Rice, meat, veggies, salsa, guac etc are gluten free. Most staff are knowledgeable.
Chipotle in the Rideau Centre - I spoke to the staff and they recommended ordering a bowl. They were knowledgeable and had received training to reduce cross contamination and wash their hands and change gloves.
Yes
Stopped in here for a quick bite to eat. I had the bowl. All the sauces, inclusions and everything are GF. The only things you cannot eat are the burrito wrap.

Most of the food there is GF. The main potential source of cross contamination is that they serve flour tortillas. However, when informed of a gluten issue, the staff seemed to take the issue seriously and happily changed their gloves before preparing my food. I did not have any symptoms after eating there.

Very considerate service and lots of selection. Almost everything to make a burrito bowl was gluten-free. The lady offered to change her gloves when I told her I had a gluten allergy. She indicated that the lettuce and the cheese were touched using gloves that would also have touched gluten, so she offered to find lettuce and cheese from a fresh batch that was not contaminated.

Excellent Allergy Protocols!!
I was told by staff that everything, except the tortillas, is gluten free. Meals are typically made in an assembly line fashion. I told the person taking my order that I have CD and would they please change their gloves. Not only did they do that, but they washed their hands also.
I asked for a bowl and got the brown rice and beef barbacoa, then the server said "Allergy" and the rest of the assembly line backed away from the counter allowing my server to make the rest of my bowl unaffected by everyone else's gluteny gloves. We have eaten there a few times and the service has been consistent, regardless of how busy it as...and it's very busy!
