I watched the guy in front of me order his burrito and the assembly line 😒 worker took the burrito and just flopped it right in front of the chicken I was about to order and it has hanging onto the meat! Then she had taken too mush rice and removed it off the burrito and put it back in the container. I will never again eat here. And then the added fact they make it so impersonal, you are just a number service was awful. My husband had to wait an extra 25 minutes for his online order. Worst chipotle ever.

Chipotle is wonderful about changing their gloves and good handling. I love the corn tortillas and all the freshness!!! I have never been glutened eating here!
Notes
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."

Great food! When I mentioned I ate Gluten-Free, they immediately handed me a card that explained every ingredient they had and also told me they could put on new gloves because they were handling flour tortillas. You just have to ask, as they don't change gloves for every order. They have corn tortillas to choose from as well. I highly recommend this place and frequent here often!

The change the spoons but how does that help? If the food already has cross contamination clean spoons won’t fix it. I enjoyed the food but paid the price of cross contamination.

I always order a bowl with whatever toppings minus lettuce and cheese, since they grab that with their hands after handling flour tortillas. Never had any issues following these rules. Pro-tip: If you order a vegetarian bowl, you won't get charged extra for guac.

We requested corn tortillas for our tacos and when they started to make the tacos I told her multiple times the tortillas looked like flour tortillas but she swore they were corn but once we tried them it was obvious they were flour. They wouldn’t remake them either just handed us corn tortillas to transfer the already contaminated filling over to the new tortilla shells.
