I’ve eaten more than once at 2 different locations - Mansfield and Rte 1 Norwood. Staff was educated. As soon as I told the server I need gluten-free food, they have washed hands and used clean gloves. They have also used new bins of guacamole and salsa, along with clean serving spoons.

My girl friend has Celiac, We're from Attleboro and we drive to the Mansfield Chipotle because they know how to handle the allergy very seriously. They wash their hands, change gloves, wipe off surface area, and work on your order on a serperat clean tray; along with having seperate lettuce and cheese containers dedicated for allergins. Mansfield Chipotle is the shit. I feel bad sometimes Cuz we hold up the line but they work fast. Sometimes there are young bucks in there that are new to the system but that's alright just let them know and they'll retain the information, not everybody is aware of what gluten even is.
Staff is educated about allergens, and on request they will wipe down all surfaces and change gloves and use ingredients from separate containers for your order.
Yes
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
The staff didn't seemed to be trained on Gf and food allergies. They were not busy and the place was filthy , all the tables needed to be cleaned, I would be concerned about cross contamination. The food looked unappealing, I don't know how it tasted because I left.
No
I have been here dozens of times. They are almost always perfect with being celiac friendly, but once in a while they make mistakes when they are busy with certain staff, so just stay vigilant and you will have no problems.
Yes
Great fast food choice. Ask them to change their gloves. They'll do it with a smile! LOVE the burrito bowl... Healthy too 👍
great place for a quick bite. They change thier gloves, wiped down the counter, all before making my delicious, spicy salad.
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
