Cross contamination got me even though I wrote on order that I had celiacs AND called to make sure they saw it. Not sure what was done to prevent but from my reaction, worst ever, they didn’t do anything.
I used to come here three or four times a week, I’m not kidding. They were one of the only places around that I could go to without making me sick. However, about a year or so ago, most of the staff I knew left this location. Ever since the turnover, I have gotten sick EVERY TIME I’ve gone. And I make it quite clear how sick I get, I even give them absurd instructions to try to avoid contamination, and still. I went here for years before this became an issue, and now I can’t go here at all. Very sad for me.

My go-to for a quick bite. Glove change is not considered inconvenient by staff. Never had a problem after eating here.
Checking in with the staff, everything besides the tortillas is gluten free, as I remember, and the staff will change gloves if you warn them that you have celiacs.

Lady preparing my order was the “celiac expert” and followed all protocols. Bonus- fresh cheese from an unopened container in the back tastes better. 😀. I was very impressed with this location and happy that I can still enjoy Chipotle with my recent diagnosis.
One of the best experiences hands down ever!! We went when they had just opened in the morning and as soon as I mentioned celiac/ gluten free, the guy took a new dish cloth and wiped the counter, took out all the spoons and threw them in the sink. He then washed his hands with soap and water as I stood watching mesmerized. Goes on to grab new spoons and brings in fresh bag of cheese and lettuce from the back. Absolutely impressive!!! We had Chicken Burrito Bowl instead of the wrap of course and got an extra one for the road.
Absolutely fantastic, their staff is fantastically trained and will even change out the utensils and get fresh batch items. I eat here regularly, have yet to get sick!

Been here numerous times over the years with for our celiac daughter with no reactions. I’ve seen better training at other Chipotles but they are responsive and will change gloves and use clean utensils if asked.
