They change gloves and spoons, and will even go to the back for new containers of rice etc if you ask. Very impressed!! I am celiac and eat here safely often.
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Get the rice bowl 10/10 never had a problem with cross-contamination or anything (you can ask them to change gloves if you need)

My daughter has never had a reaction from their bowls. I make sure we go in to order verses ordering online and we try to go at non busy times.
This is a good option for fast and easy gluten-free.

We ate here for the first time last night and it was great! They seemed knowledgeable about celiac, changed gloves and switched out spoons. Also, if you look online, they tell you everything they make that has gluten, which is basically just there tortillas. My celiac son who is highly sensitive ate here with no problems!
There were zero precautions taken when I said I was gluten free, though I didn't use the word allergy. in fact she changed gloves to do my nephew burrito then finished my bowl. They were nice and the food was fresh though.
