I usually get a chicken or carnitas bowl, got a veggie bowl-(lettuce, half of brown and white rice, little bit of black beans, mild salsa, and guacamole) instead now that I'm on a gluten-free diet. Didn't want to risk cross-contamination with the meat. I cooked me some salmon once I got home. Told the server I was gluten-free. As I was telling her this, I also told her how to prepare my order, she immediately changed gloves and grabbed a bowel from underneath the counter. I felt perfectly fine last night after eating my meal, and feel great this morning. No symptoms at all.
