NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY!! The service is good and the staff will wash their hands and change their gloves if asked. But after that, they really have no clue about the safety precautions that are necessary for a person with Celiac Disease. For example, I order the chicken bowl. They change their gloves, then use the same clean gloves to open the refrigerator unit to get new bins of cheese and lettuce. Then they use those same gloves (now contaminated by the refrigerator handle) to scoop out the cheese and lettuce into the burrito bowl. This is the point of cross contamination which makes me sick every time. My suggestion is simple. Use TONGS to grab the cheese and lettuce. This would help many of us who are highly sensitive to gluten and cross contamination.
