I used to eat here every week and never got sick. However they got new management in 2021 and the quality and care has gone way down hill. I can not even eat here anymore as My daughter and I (both celiac) have gotten sick every time We have eaten here in the last few months

Fantastic food but dont go when theyre busy, and like the other person said - dont get toppings they grab with gloves. Even then its still risky if youre as sensitive as me, I usually feel insanely bloated after eating it (im no stranger to Mexican food)
Staff knew exactly what to do with celiac and was very helpful. Changed gloves, wiped the counters and washed hands.
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Order from here all the time and I have celiac. Just don't get any toppings that they touch with there hands as that defeats the purpose and if you need them to be real careful ask to change gloves. Never had any issues.

Chipolte is pretty standard across the United States. The food is tasty and quick. This location was much the same as the others I've eaten in, and that's a very positive thing.

Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
