Cross contamination nightmare.

Hands down the best chipotle experience I have ever had. They were so kind and thorough when I asked them to change gloves and spoons. They brought fresh lettuce and cheese without me having to explain-zero eye-rolls at my requests! They even offered to wipe down the line for me despite the growing number of customers behind me. Great customer service!

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Great Staff and Great Food! One of my go to places for a rice or salad bowl!
Yes
The staff took the time to veal off the prep area, re-wash there hands, put on fresh gloves and used clean spoons to prepare my meal. Fantastic job!!

My gosh!! This was SUCH great experience! They informed me everything in the restaurant is GF w the exception of the tortillas. My server changed his gloves, washed his hands put on new gloves and prepared my bowl. They also changed every serving spoon from my ingredients!!
Yes
Pretty much everything they have is gf but they are willing to change out utensils and gloves and clean down counters just to be sure. Plus super friendly staff.
I appreciate their variety of gluten free options. My daughter complains about the beans being spicy but she’s just a picky eater overall. She does enjoy the rice, queso, chicken, chips, etc. I like that I can get her a full kids meal here.

A manger is celiac and makes an effort however there is a lot of cross contamination and any type of veggie will have gluten contamination because the quesadillas are cut on the same cutting boards all veggies are cut on with minimal sanitizing and no discretion of which one is veggies only

Yikes. I've seen some Chipotle's that are fairly safe but today was not it. The server knew what cross contamination was, and she changed gloves, washed her hands, wiped down the counter, but while she was wiping everything down crumbs were falling back into the bins, and I was watching them serve before hand and the ladles would brush right against the tortillas before going back into the containers. It was probably right after the rush too. Didn't even bother ordering because I knew I'd be sick.
