I have been there 3 times this year as their website states it's safe. The first time I asked to speak with the manager, asked them I had Celiac Disease and would like to know if I would be able to eat there. The manager explained their protocol and he would be preparing my meal from an untouched batch. I was so happy and enjoyed my meal. The next 2 times the managers were clueless. I explained what was on their website as well as what was done the last time. The last time I barely ate manager insisted on serving my food from the line despite letting him know that if they touch the spoon to the flour tortilla then put it back into the food it would affect me as a Celiac, he insisted that doesn't happen. Sadly I will never return.

I've never had an issue when eating here. The staff is so friendly and always ensure my food is safe for me to eat. They automatically change their gloves, all utensils and provide fresh ingredients that are not cross contaminated.
Yes
The staff is always accommodating; they always make me feel “normal”, they never make a big deal about getting fresh ingredients from the back and changing their gloves. They are always friendly :) (most importantly) I also have not had a reaction
Yes
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Absolutely delicious. They have wraps, not sure if it is gluten free, and bowls of items you choose cafeteria style in a modern day appeal.
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
