This chipotle does a good job at cross contamination. I order from here often and do not get sick as long as I make them change gloves and don't add anything they use their hands for, like the cheese. The chips are also safe and delicious.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Most of the menu is GF except flour tortillas (they have an allergy menu just ask). I had the bowl, since all the toppings were GF and they use spoons in most of the them, I didn’t have to worry about the cross contamination. I am a very sensitive Celiac and didn’t have any issue.

I’ve eaten at this chipotle many times and never had an issue with cross contamination. The takeout is a bit slow though

Was amazing! Have celiacs. They were very knowledgeable, washed hands, changed gloves, used lid instead of bowl and used new utensils for me. Also they knew what I could eat. Very impressed and I am hard to impress
