Yes they are gluten free but this one is highly cross contaminated. I watched as they finished up all the burrito orders and took the left over cheese and put it into a new cheese container without changing their gloves. If you are sensitive to any amount of gluten do not eat here!
The Chipotle at the Venetian... great staff. Knowledgeable. Nice. Showed me everything and even washed their hands and put on new gloves before serving me. Felt great afterwards!
Terrible! I have Celiac and got extremely sick from eating at this location.
Everything is GF and ask for the corn tortillas to be warmed between 2 foil sheets. And ask to change the gloves. Excellent mexican meal. One of the best!
The best chipotle I have ever been to. They were so understand of my allergy and I didn't get sick from it at all. I highly recommend going!
This one is always so busy and it's hard to get a seat but is good. There's also one inside Fashion Show Mall that was one of the best Chipotles I've ever been to. And they have plenty of seating and a lot less busy since its back in the mall a ways. Next to Johnny Rockets and CPK
Everything here is GF, except the flour tortilla wraps. If you get the bowl you get more anyways. The food is amazing, every time, and you don't need to ask about sauces or worry about cross contamination on the stove, etc. Always happy with my food and service, but the Duluth location gets busy so expect a wait time.
I love Chipotle and have for awhile, even before I got diagnosed with celiacs. But a month ago I went there I felt sick after.. I assumed it was my IBS acting up. I went again this week and I definitely got glutened and I just had a bowl. they even changed the utensils out and changed their gloves. I would advise if you're very sensitive not to go there...
Not sure why, but the app wouldn't let me do a review over the Beaumont location. Anyways, it was positive and I did not get sick! The reason why I gave it a 4 star is because they didn't have the fajita veggies and I didn't care for the steak I got. I'll be back though with an updated review over the Port Arthur location
Warning DO NOT EAT HERE if you are Celiac. The staff seemed completely ignorant of celiacs. Sure they changed their gloves, but they touched the single spoons from every ingredient to the flour tortillas and then put them back. So everything here is cross contaminated and totally unsafe.
Chipotle is usually a safe place to eat while traveling. Unfortunately, this time we got pay ahead carry out. Ended up with flour tortillas instead of hard corn. Thankfully, I didn't eat them.
I let the lady at the counter know that I could not eat gluten. She promptly took off her gloves, washed her hands thoroughly, and handled my meal from start to finish. It was incredibly comforting to see them take so much care in handling my food.
I walked in and told the first guy on the line that I was celiac and needed him to please change his gloves. He was great, he washed his hands, then used hand sanitizer, put on fresh gloves and asked the others to step away so he could make my meal entirely. Great experience.
I am so surprised by the reviews I’m reading. The staff is thoroughly trained on gluten and even start changing gloves and switch out spoons and grab fresh ingredients the second I walk in. They are so friendly towards me. I have never gotten sick eating here and I am a sensitive sensitive Celiac. I come here 2-3 times a week and hardly ever have a bad experience except for when they might be training someone new who doesn’t know the drill, but that is rare!
I've had great success with their meals and the employees taking the proper precautions to make my meal GF. HOWEVER, their queso dip is listed as GF on their website and I've tested it with Nima and it tested 'low gluten'. Chipotle's customer service was extremely rude when I let know and to this day it's still listed as GF--- but it is not.
Love chipotle. Custom made order with fresh ingredients. Everything is gluten free except flour tortillas. Ask them to change their gloves when making your order to ensure no contamination.
The staff is very conscientious about avoiding cross contamination. I have eaten there dozens of times and have never had an issue.
The staff was amazing! I mentioned before placing my order that I had a severe gluten allergy (easier than explaining Celiac) and before I could finish speaking the staff member had already taken off his gloves and began rewashing his hands. The staff was able to articulate which items were safe for Celiac sufferers and were super friendly to boot! HIGHLY recommend.
I eat here weekly! Super accommodating and friendly staff.
Staff were very nice. They offered to change their gloves and they were awesome. If you want to go to Chiptole but are gluten free, celiac, or just intolerant, don't worry, it's pretty safe. The only thing listed with gluten is their soft flour tortillas.
Very knowledgeable staff! When I said I had celiac, the person preparing my food said, "Ok, so I will wash my hands, change my gloves, use clean utensils, and make your whole dish." Wow! Every person working there seemed to get it, and did everything necessary to avoid cross-contamination when making my burrito bowl.
They will be as strict as you need, just ask and they will change all utensils, and gloves.
This location is the most accommodating in A2. They was hands and change gloves. They use new utensils and pull from backup containers that haven't been used yet. One employee has relations with bad allergies to nuts, and thus takes Celiac very seriously ( even though it's not an allergy).
The woman waiting on me was fantastic. Started by washing her hands then fresh gloving. She told the downline employee she was walking my dish through the line. For each and every item she used a fresh serving utensil. When she got to the lettuce she went to the fridge to get the container for allergy free lettuce because it would not have cross contamination. And the food was excellent.
After carefully explaining that I needed gluten-free options, and that I get sick when I eat gluten, the waitperson served me tacos in FLOUR tortillas!!! After eating a large bite thinking it was a corn tortilla, I was suspicious that it was flour, so I inquired again at the counter. She said ALL their tortillas were gluten free, clearly not knowing what she was talking about. Needless to say, I was very sick. Very upset because I had sought out Chipotle knowing that they specifically carrygluten free alternatives.
Everything but the flour tortillas are gluten free anyway. My daughter prefers only rice, beans, and cheese in her bowl. We've never asked them to change gloves or do anything special but never have had a problem with her getting sick in any location we've visited.

"If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
