High school level education. Despite changing gloves, spoons, still got hit. They try, but don’t have a regimented system to ensure contamination free. Again, they try, so, they get credit.
I love chipotle and Erik they cover the gluten free tortillas with tin foil and they change there gloves if you ask
Mmmm chipotle! Love bowls! I avoid tortillas but have never had a problem with the chips. I'm not celiacs though, just gluten sensitive.

If you're truly gluten free and can't handle cross contamination (I have celiac's), DO NOT go to Chipotle! They heat up the corn tortillas in the same warmer as the flour tortillas and don't keep ingredients or utensils separate, so it's a CC fest. Avoid.

I’ve lived off this chipotle the last two times I’ve been Vegas. It’s nice having a place that I know is relatively safe when on vacation. Staff is always nice and willing to change gloves. This is a good location!
This place is good! As like all Chipotle’s, you have to get a burrito bowl. Occasionally, the staff has given me a little trouble about having to change their gloves but that’s not often, and they always change their gloves even if they give you attitude about it.
Everything on Chipotle's menu is gluten free, except for their flour tortilla. All of their meat is safe, as well as all of their add-ins. When I go, I ask for them to change gloves, and they are always friendly about it.
I usually get hard tacos or a bowl, so they prep everything in the clean bowl, not on contaminated surfaces. I have never had any cross contamination issues.
Chipotle has a pretty high chance for cross contamination. They prepare food in the same space where they may use gluten, so those with celiac are taking a risk.
I was here twice this week (out of state for a funeral) and needed a quick eat and run place. They did a pretty good job with cross contact. As a celiac, I had no problems and would recommend going here.
