They changed gloves and it looked like they were careful. Unfortunately, the food was cross-contaminated and I'm sick.

Have eaten here several times and asked they change gloves and one person make my meal all the way through. Have not had a bad reaction.

All ingredients are gluten free (except for flour tortilla of course) but even with changing gloves and making meal all the way through, which workers are willing to do, there are still small chances of cross contamination no matter how careful cuz previous worker who made burritos before you even get there uses the same ingredients. So for super sensitive celiacs, not recommended.

Notes

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.

From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."

All is gluten free except the flour tortillas. When we get corn soft tacos, we ask them to change gloves and wipe down the tortilla warmer. They are always happy to accommodate us.

Our son has Celiac and we eat here all the time and haven’t had any issues yet. We have noticed in the past that there could be come cross contamination with the cheese as they use the same gloves to grab cheese as they do to roll the burritos. So we usually bring our own cheese.

Worse service to date. The server didn't know how to deal with a gluten allergy when I asked for the manager he's too busy trying to explain to him how but would not show him went to the next customer and helped them and my server was still struggling. So not impressed with the management

Too much cross contamination going on. I ordered a burrito bowl with a small amount of brown rice, chicken, pico, hot sauce and a small amount of cheese. I suffered for that meal. I’m not sure that changing the gloves would help since all the scoops they use touch the flower Tortilla shells. The scoops then go back into the containers after touching the shells.

Got sick instantly. They have no idea what to watch for. I also have a dairy allergy and they said "well then don't get cheese" when I told them. Don't trust it at all.
