When we told the we had Celiac the immediately removed spoons from items we wanted, removed gloves and wiped down the counter. This was during the busy lunch hour. We feel safe and welcomed coming here.

As soon as I said I had celiac, the server asked me what I wanted in my bowl. She then pulled out all the spoons from those items, took her gloves off, washed her hands, put on new gloves, and got clean spoons. They even got a new container of lettuce so that I could have some. It's always possible that there could be cross contamination from spoons touching tortillas from previous customers, but they did everything possible to make my visit safe. Update: Unfortunately, I think my food was cross contaminated despite their efforts. When they put rice on the tortillas before me, they would tap the rice off and touch the tortilla with the spoon. It just may not be possible to eat here anymore

New management is amazing. They remove all ladles and switch them out. They also train their new employees correctly. Will eat here again!!!

Great service. All employees have knowledge of the precautions in dealing with my order and they don't make it seem like a hassle. Only got since once,.and that's when i placed an online pick-up order.

Great service, they used different spoons and food for gf customers. They're better than the service in L.A.

Love Chipotle! They were accommodating and friendly when I told them I am gf. Changed gloves and serving utensils for me. This is the only restaurant I haven't gotten sick at since my dx.

Before diagnosis this was a favorite. I wanted it to work. They got me all fresh ingredients not on the line yet. I watched as everything was newly prepped before going in my bowl. I still had a reaction. I know many people have success but just doesn’t work for me 😢

The worst chipotle location I have ever been to. Only was worker was kind to me, the rest acted like I was worst person ever simply asking for toppings from the back. Most locations I've been to change their gloves and wash their hands as soon as I mention I have celiac, but I had to specifically ask and they didn't wash their hands, only change gloves. Didn't get new spoons, and took forever getting toppings from the back and gave me SO much attitude. I literally left in tears because I am 9 months pregnant and just wanted some dang chipotle.

If you tell them it's gluten free, they change gloves and spoons/serving tongs, and will even get lettuce, etc from a fresh container if you want. The same person will take you down the line so as to avoid cross contamination in adding toppings. I just wish you could request the same for orders on the app, but I guess you can’t have everything.

They are not immune to current issues with hiring. My only disclaimer on the above is that sometimes I need to ask the manager to take over if the staff is new.

This place is a disaster! There was food all over the counter and she was sliding the tortilla over a pile of rice that was falling back in the bin. The whole place was dirty!!!
