This location really appreciates handling allergens seriously! I have to do gluten and dairy free. I got a rice bowl with sofritas and pinto beans with salsa, guacamole and lettuce. The counter person not only changed his gloves but changed the serving utensils too - they even had new containers for guacamole and lettuce since I could see cheese shreds in the current ones.
I eat here at least once a week and have never had a problem.
I have allergies with gluten, milk products, tomatoes, and eggs. Everyone was very helpful and the food was delicious. I will definitely go back.

Great location, when I said I had a gluten allergy both people serving immediately washed their hands and changed gloves. They used fresh spoons for everything. No reaction.
The people here were so mean and rude and did not want to help me at all and made that clear. however i didn’t get sick but i did cry in the car
I’ve eaten here several times a week for almost 2 years. They really take care of me. They happily change their gloves when I inform them of my celiac disease (I say gluten allergy.) They grab fresh cheese from the back too. I’ve never once had a bad experience!
Didn’t get sick but was very nervous ordering my food. When I informed the worker of my gluten allergy and asked to switch his gloves, he asked if he needed to wash his hands too and was not very nice about it. He then passed my food off to an employee that hadn’t washed his hands either and would’ve gotten me sick if I did not say something.
Lady preparing my order was the “celiac expert” and followed all protocols. Bonus- fresh cheese from an unopened container in the back tastes better. 😀. I was very impressed with this location and happy that I can still enjoy Chipotle with my recent diagnosis.
