I have been here twice and not had any issues. I do ask that the server to change their gloves, but have not had any issues with cross-contamination, which makes me run (no pun intended) for the bathroom! I do order the chips, but not the queso. I think the only item on the menu that has gluten is their tortillas.
My order is white rice, black beans, chicken, pico de gallo, corn, salsa, sour cream, and cheese
Most pf the items are gluten free and organic !! I usually get the Bowl with my choice of meat and such !! Really recommend !!
There’s still a chance for cross contamination but most of the food is gluten free. Just don’t get the burrito!

Server was annoyed when I asked him to change his gloves for GF protocol. Asked another server to get cheese out of a fresh bin in the back and that server did not change gloves. Bins of chicken and guacamole were low and looked stale. Food did not pass Nima sensor test so bad to throw it away
Chipotle is a great option for anybody GF. Only the flour tortillas (so no burritos for GF patrons) have gluten, everything else is safe. I eat here way too much!!
Not sure how this can be gf. Cross contamination is a major issue due to contaminated gloves and spoons. Would only be safe if they had opened new bins of everything for you. Sadly, I no longer eat here, too risky.

Great location, when I said I had a gluten allergy both people serving immediately washed their hands and changed gloves. They used fresh spoons for everything. No reaction.
The people here were so mean and rude and did not want to help me at all and made that clear. however i didn’t get sick but i did cry in the car
I’ve eaten here several times a week for almost 2 years. They really take care of me. They happily change their gloves when I inform them of my celiac disease (I say gluten allergy.) They grab fresh cheese from the back too. I’ve never once had a bad experience!
Didn’t get sick but was very nervous ordering my food. When I informed the worker of my gluten allergy and asked to switch his gloves, he asked if he needed to wash his hands too and was not very nice about it. He then passed my food off to an employee that hadn’t washed his hands either and would’ve gotten me sick if I did not say something.
Lady preparing my order was the “celiac expert” and followed all protocols. Bonus- fresh cheese from an unopened container in the back tastes better. 😀. I was very impressed with this location and happy that I can still enjoy Chipotle with my recent diagnosis.
