I'm very sensitive and have eaten here dozens of times and never been sick. They are friendly and knowledgeable about the exact procedures for gluten free (occasionally you get a new employee that doesn't know exactly what to do but a manager will usually step in to help). They wash hands, change gloves, get fresh serving spoons from the back and should pull the toppings (the things they pick up with their hands) from underneath where they haven't been used before.

Great service, no issues! They changed their gloves and got fresh product with no difficulty.

Informed of need for gluten free that person changed gloves after washing hands and prepared my bowl with fresh spoons and ingredients. I have Celiac and have ate here several times with same wonderful helpful staff and attitudes

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Always great! Almost everything is gf. All meats in a burrito bowl. My preferred gf place to eat.
I used the online menu so I would know what was GF. I ate a bowl with the cilantro rice, steak beef, pinto beans, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. The staff really didn’t seem like they knew what gluten free meant but maybe they did 🤷🏻♀. I didn’t get sick.

This was literally the worst experience I’ve had at Chipotle, ever. Normally the ones I’ve been to have knowledge of changing out spoons and washing hands and no one on the staff had any idea what they were doing. I try to explain several times but finally gave up when I realize they weren’t understanding and there was a huge line behind me. I would never recommend this chipotle to anyone who had a gluten sensitivity or allergy.

We told the person that my daughter had celiac disease and they immediately, without being asked, started cleaning the counter and changing gloves. They brought out fresh ingredients from the back and got out new, clean utensils. It was extremely impressive .

Whenever I go I let them know I have celiac’s and they will ask me what I want they’ll take the spoons out replace some of the queen spoons and they also clean all the countertops. I usually just get a bowl but I think they might have corn but I’ve never try it so I’m not 100% sure. I’ve been at this location several times the staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly when I asked them to fix change their gloves and so forth. I’ve eaten here quite a bit and I have not got sick.
