If you state that you are gluten-free they will wash down all of the counters and they will replace their gloves to stay away from contamination. They will also ask you if you want lettuce or cheese, which they will get from a different container to avoid contamination.

Great people. Cleaned off the prep area and washed hands/changed gloves without even asking. Even have separate lettuce and cheese. Very knowlegable and friendly staff. I didn't feel wierd at all when ordering. Another reason why I love this chain! :)

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Chipotle will always be my fast food go-to! They are so knowledgeable and take great precautions to make sure I am safe. Love this place!
I have been to other Chipotle locations and always order with out problems in consideration to my food allergies. The food is always great and there are many options for my diet restrictions. But the Raynham location took great care to ensure my meal was as safe as possible. At the mention of my allergies the associate said she would change her gloves and wipe down the counter before preparing my meal and she throughly did just that. Getting a quick bite to eat does not always come with ease having dietary restrictions, but this location made that possible. I am thankful for this extra step and precaution when preparing my food and love the feeling of comfort when eating a meal out that I know was handled with care. I would definitely recommend this to my gfree friends. For those who are very sensitive just be aware that there are flour tortillas used are not gluten free but are used so there is gluten present in the restaurant.
I appreciate their variety of gluten free options. My daughter complains about the beans being spicy but she’s just a picky eater overall. She does enjoy the rice, queso, chicken, chips, etc. I like that I can get her a full kids meal here.

A manger is celiac and makes an effort however there is a lot of cross contamination and any type of veggie will have gluten contamination because the quesadillas are cut on the same cutting boards all veggies are cut on with minimal sanitizing and no discretion of which one is veggies only

Yikes. I've seen some Chipotle's that are fairly safe but today was not it. The server knew what cross contamination was, and she changed gloves, washed her hands, wiped down the counter, but while she was wiping everything down crumbs were falling back into the bins, and I was watching them serve before hand and the ladles would brush right against the tortillas before going back into the containers. It was probably right after the rush too. Didn't even bother ordering because I knew I'd be sick.
