I love chipotle because all their food is gluten free (except for the flour tortillas) and very flavorful. Never worried about cross contamination or just settling for a salad!

We told the person that my daughter had celiac disease and they immediately, without being asked, started cleaning the counter and changing gloves. They brought out fresh ingredients from the back and got out new, clean utensils. It was extremely impressive .

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
I’ve eaten at this chipotle many times and never had an issue with cross contamination. The takeout is a bit slow though

Was amazing! Have celiacs. They were very knowledgeable, washed hands, changed gloves, used lid instead of bowl and used new utensils for me. Also they knew what I could eat. Very impressed and I am hard to impress
Unbelievable, in an exceptional way, that is! The guy who made my bowl was beyond knowledgeable and careful. I had read the website and it said that everything was gluten-free except for the flower tortilla items, so I decided to get a bowl. As soon as I told the young man waiting on me that I would like him to change his gloves because I have celiac, he not only changed his gloves but asked what I would be getting and which items specifically in my bowl. He used the barbacoa from the steam table, but for everything else, he proceeded to pull out new (unopened) tubs of sour cream, cheddar cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, etc., so that they were all "clean" of fallen/transferred gluten. And he got clean serving utensils for each item as he was making my bowl as well, meaning he didn't use the dirty guacamole spoon to dip into the clean container of guacamole, etc). Unbelievably impressed with this young man, his spectacular attitude toward all of this (he acted like this is just the way you do things, rather than making you feel like a bother as some places do), and he took such care as soon as he knew I had celiac. It's now three hours later, and I am not symptomatic – – if I get glutened, within an hour I'm only too well aware of it. Feeling great.
EDIT: after I posted I noticed that this one says Conant Street, but it was actually the one on Airport Highway that I went to. I'm not sure how to change it, so I'm just adding this note. Maybe the person managing the app can fix it. Anyway, outstanding…

Great menu options . Had the bowl with rice ,beans and chicken . The staff is aware of gluten and mentioned all the options and were very careful with the handling .
Cross contamination got me even though I wrote on order that I had celiacs AND called to make sure they saw it. Not sure what was done to prevent but from my reaction, worst ever, they didn’t do anything.
