The website list all the ingredients, so it's easy to know what you're eating. Tasty (though expensive) rice bowl and no reaction.
Conscious of celiac and gluten allergies, they change gloves and utensils. Had a burrito bowl and did not get glutened. The previous reviewer is incorrect about the meats not being GF.
Yes
The meat is not gluten free. I've eaten here twice and both times had bad tummy trouble after eating their salad with chicken and the salad dressing. I asked my naturopath who is also gluten free about it and she informed me their meat is not gluten free. I didnt look into the salad dressing being gluten free as its a vinaigrette but if I go in again I plan to ask them about the dressing. The salad is a good option though if you load it up with guac and the other veggie options.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
I had the Rice Bowl (they have white or brown) with Seasoned Chicken, Red Peppers, Salsa, Sour Cream, Grated Cheese and Lettuce. Guacamole is extra. It's very good for a quick lunch as service is cafeteria style for in house or take out. See photo.

Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
