Review of Chip's Family Restaurant

Poor experience at this Chips restaurant and we have visited several others in the state with never an issue. My daughter ordered gluten free Cinnabon pancakes explaining she needs food to be gluten free as well as hash browns and bacon. I should have known better when I asked for cream for my ice coffee and the waitress never brought it. When she put down pancakes and I had inquired again if gluten free she assured me they were. They in fact were NOT!!! Not fun to have to sit by your child and hold her hair back because she was GLUTENED!!!
