The Blue Corn Blueberry pancakes were amazing! My husband had the regular buttermilk pancakes which he enjoyed. Watching the bakers from the cafe was very entertaining! In their bakery the had several GF items, shortbread cookies, cupcakes and Mexican wedding cookies. I'll be back!

The hot chocolate was the best I’ve ever had, and everything else we tried was tasty. I had the farm breakfast with tofu instead of eggs and it was great. The gluten free bread was good. It was a pretty expensive breakfast.

All their pies can be made gf if you order ahead (and they have unusual flavors like chocolate chile pecan and green chile apple). They have gf biscochitos, other cookies, breads, and cupcakes. Super delicious. I have a wheat allergy not celiac so I can’t speak to cross contamination concerns.

I got the Bluecorn pinon pancakes, and while I'm usually not a pancake person these were fantastic! I was a bit hesitant to eat here due to cross contamination risk, and a staff member even called me after placing my online order to explain the precautions they take, stating there is risk of CC in their kitchen. Based on reviews here I took the risk and happy to say I did not get sick!

The brunch (weekend) menu has 28 meals and items that can be made gf. The weekday lunch menu has 37 items. The gf chocolate espresso cookies are good. They are labeled as being processed on the same equipment as the regular baked goods. I didnt ask about their cross contamination prevention but am having no ill effects.

Be careful! I noticed the label on my gluten-free cookies stated that they are made using the same equipment as the regular cookies so there is a big cc risk. I hadn't noticed this warning before so I'm not sure if this is a new change or only applies to certain items. Read labels carefully before proceeding. Check out Revolution Bakery, totally gluten-free and have yet to be disappointed by anything I have ordered there.

Lots of GF options! They are happy to substitute as well. The blue corn blueberry pine nut pancake seriously rocked my world. There is also a retail area with GF bakery items: cookies, fruit tart, cupcakes…
Very helpful staff, clean, lots of vegetarian and vegan options.
It’s a little tricky to find, can’t really see it from the street, look for Waldo’s Vacuum and turn in the parking lot, there’s cafe lights strung across near the Chocolate Maven entrance.

Bakery has gluten-free and regular items. We went for breakfast. My daughter had the blue corn pancakes, which were fluffy and good. We informed our server of our needs and felt confident that our daughter's food was safe. You can also purchase baked goods to take with you. Everything was delicious! We would return if we lived in town.

This bakery makes GF and wheat items so there’s some potential for cross-contamination. However, I’m very sensitive and have never gotten sick eating here. They sell GF cakes, tarts, cupcakes and cookies. The restaurant menu includes GF blue corn blueberry pancakes. They were delicious but I wished they had more blueberries. When I told them I was celiac, they offered to clean the grill for me before cooking my meal. Plenty of GF egg options as well.

Chocolate Maven, long a passion for breakfasting and lunching Santa Feans, has added many GF options, including GF sandwiches, pizza, and a wide array of their stunning and famous baked goods. You'll find to-die-for muffins, pies, brownies, cakes, tarts, and of course bread. They also sell GF flour. Not celiac safe.
