Owner was very rude. Items are quite overpriced, especially for the quality of the items. Very disappointing.

This place is HEAVEN on earth. The BEST gluten-free food you will ever taste! The Nanaimo bars, croissants, and donuts are faves. That everything is grain-free and sugar-free too, is mind-blowing. A bit pricey though, only downfall.

Owner gives major attitude for simple requests like ‘how much are your items’ and ‘what are these’. Nothing is labelled. Too lazy to list food or prices, write them down clearly like everyone else! Food tasted chalky, very fake, processed and extremely over priced for what you get. Just a very gross atmosphere with nasty sweets and we won’t be back!!

As a type one diabetic and celiac, I have to give a strong warning here: their low-carb/keto items might be GF but they are NOT low-carb. Their $9 croissant made my blood sugar spike dangerously high, to the point that they had to admit that perhaps there had been in change in their supplier’s ingredients. Be very wary — there’s definitely an issue with ingredient/nutrition labelling here. On the plus side, they did offer me a full refund.

Love their savoury crepes! Soooo good. Plaza it is located in is run down but don't be put off. Baked goods are very pricey but good as treat. Their bread loaves weigh a ton - better options out there.

I agree with the previous review from Karen. A customer feels like a burden when walking in to the store, where nothing is labelled (names or prices) and when asking questions, you get an annoyed tone in the response. $14 for two sweets was also a bit much.

Zero food items are labelled, owner is snotty and unhelpful. Very overpriced and over sweet, artificial taste.

was way overpriced,, 7 $ for one square,,, the squares were,, brownie-small, dry, light, tasted stale.. the date square - was way to much sugar, little on dates or substance... was terrible waste of money and food was terrible, tasteless.. there are much better gf bakeries in scar and whitby.. avoid this place and drive the extra to better places is my advice

Be careful with expiration dates. I purchased some granola bars and cereal from this place that was past expiration, and when I tried to return the products, I was given such a hard time. Extremely disappointed in this company.

Owner promised one thing on the phone (sure just call the day of and I can put aside some things from the display case!) on three seperate occasions. She said another in person on the day of (far too late to put in an order) (oh no we're only working on orders today, we're not making any thing for the display case).

I LOVE when I don't have to worry about what I'm eating! had the breakfast plate - eggs, waffles and potatoes. I definitely recommend!!

Very friendly owners and staff but products are quite expensive and sometimes the baked goods are dry tasting almost like they were over cooked.

Dedicated gluten-free facility. Amazing place. Desserts are hit or miss but hot/frozen entree options are FANTASTIC. Try the Russian Lasagna!

Most amazing food my ultimate go to for comfort food to sweet treats. I love their perogies, coconut cream cheese and coconut source cream ate so delicious and light. Amazing crepes, French toast and omletes! Most wonderful stuffed peppers vegan friendly as well brought to Christmas dinner everyone raved about them. I recently purchased a pie finally and what a treat. I shouldn't have waited so long because they shouldn't they are so good you have to subconsciously remind yourself it's gluten free!! Staff is so knowledgeable and friendly absolutely must try!

The baked goods are just OK, but the best you'll get in Durham Region. Their hot meals are fantastic though! Try their stuffed crepes, Russian menu, or pizza.

Had lunch here and although the service was a bit slow, the food was amazing! Gf perogies, crepes, sandwiches etc. Definitely great. Also a lot of paleo options.

for the most part everything that I've tried here has been really good. the only down side is that it's over priced. I bought a couple of treats and it came to over $20.. I was really disappointed. the cupcakes and bagels aren't that great either. the bagels are small and way over priced.

All their baked goods are gluten free and vegan! Their Russian lasagna is definitely worth trying and is delicious! The shop has a huge selection of gluten free and health food products. I was really impressed with my meal there and would definitely recommend checking it out! There's no gluten in the establishment so there's no risk of cross contamination!

My friend and I went here for lunch yesterday based on other reviews and the fact that it was safe for celiacs. Wow, we weren't disappointed! We tried several things on the menu and can't wait to go back to try some more. Everything was absolutely delicious and so fresh. I only eat gluten free when I am with him, but if all GF tasted like this I'd do it all the time!

I have yet to find an item created in this wonderful bakery I haven't loved! I am Celiac and it is so nice to find a place where I don't have to compromise, even my kids and husband lover her stuff-especially the buns, muffins and soft French bread. Her perogies are to die for! You have to check it out :)
