Had brunch here, there were a decent number of GF choices on their menu. Server was proactive in offering to check with the kitchen what's celiac safe. Had tacos and a enchilada skillet both were really good.

I loved the al pastor taco and the Barbeq taco (my favorite - absolutely scrummy), and the shortrib quesabirria was also good, but probably would've been better if we had eaten it at the restaurant instead of getting takeout.
Almost all their menu is gluten free - in fact the ones that have gluten are marked because there are so few glutenous items (if looking online, download the pdf menu instead of just looking at the web page). Staff were knowledgeable when I talked to them and I was confident they took measures against CC. We did online ordering and flagged the entire order as GF. This was a group takeout situation and the entire order came in a single box. If you have mixed GF/Glutenful items, just be sure to be specific that you need them in separate boxes.

Gluten free tacos were clearly marked on the menu. They were all delicious!! I am also dairy free and really appreciated the Amazeball taco with a plant based creamy “cheese” - so good! No problems the next day after eating.

They actually have something in each section of the menu I can eat. A majority of the menu is gluten free.

We were a party of 7 with two 70 something adults. They first sat us at a great table but it had bar height chairs. We had to ask to move. NO PROBLEM. Once we were settled, I had to pull the Gluten Free/Celiac questions out. Our server handled it like a champ. And even talked us into the cheaper group meal - the Discada and figured out how to tweak it for the Celiac safety. We all haven’t stopped talking about how the meal was so delicious. Even the 11 yo Celiac ate something different and loved it. And the 2 Celiacs haven’t felt sick 3 hours later. They use beer in some recipes but everything is made to order. They don’t marinate anything in soy sauce. You might need to lead the server to ask the chef about all ingredients but we received no attitude. The server was even interested to learn about the hidden gluten issues. Eat here.
