delicious food, quite a few options, just make sure to double check with staff when you order
cafeteria style Indian food. menu uses a code to show what is vegetarians and vegans are and/or GF. you can combine a meat/ protein with sauce and sides.
Extensive gluten free menu and offerings. I got the paneer lettuce wraps and they were fantastic.
I have celiac and I'm very sensitive. Twice I tried the chicken tikka masala with rice and both times I had a reaction. It wasn't severe but it was very obvious there was some cross contamination. The food is sooo delicious, unfortunately I can't eat there though and you should definitely proceed with caution if you have celiac disease. Such is life in a shared kitchen :(

My husband and I just went to Choolah for the first time ever this evening. The staff was incredibly patient with all of my questions. Indian cuisine and the staff is very knowledgeable about gluten free. My meal was flagged and gloves and utensils were changed and shared spaces wiped completely down. The food was excellent. This was my first time eating Indian cuisine, but it was delicious. We will definitely be going back in the future!
