Ate at the food truck at Swan Island Dahlias yesterday. Talked to the owner (I presume) and she has celiac. Everything is gluten free! It was very tasty as well!

The owner told me they bc an make anything gluten free! Honestly it didn’t all LOOK super appetizing but it was surprisingly so tasty. They even have gf gravy!
