I got glutened at Chop Chop. They will use gf soy sauce, but the pan was not cleaned from previous use with regular soy sauce. Cross contamination is a real probability here.

I eat here regularly. My food comes packaged with gluten free stickers, prepared in a fry area that's dedicated pan. I order from both of the areas in my town, and have never had an issue from my celiac, and the only time they made it wrong they corrected it for free. They also typically have gf sauce packets if your gluten free meal isn't salty enough from their inhouse gluten free sauces. TLDR gluten free options listed on menu, dedicated areas, and gf sauce options.

Unfortunately did jot have a good experience here. Ordered GF and spoke to the manager who assured it would be.. sadly, I was sick after eating it. When I called back the lady explained how it was during busy time and might have had cross contamination. Will not try ever again, that's how sick I got ðŸ˜

They have a separate area to prepare gluten free foods. Was so happy to get gluten free soy sauce and gluten free fried rice!

Taste and quality is wonderful! Quantity is a bit smaller when you choose the cauliflower rice over the regular rice (for those wanting a lower carb option).

After getting sick, I asked more questions about their 'dedicated area'. The manager informed me that during their busy hours, they use the 'dedicated area' for glutened orders...so there is cross contamination. I appreciated their honesty, but all agreed, I'd get sick. :(
The do have gluten-free soy sauce.
No
Very good gf place. They'll give you gf soy and teriyaki sauce. Make sure to tell them you're gluten free. I've never gotten sick.
