They have a dedicated fryer and knowledgeable staff.We had the nachos and added chicken. They fry the chips and these were the best nachos I've eaten. We also each had a build your burger. I chose the wrap and my fiance chose the bread. Both were good, but I preferred the wrap. He is a very sensitive celiac. I am not, so I can compare the tastes of what we eat to the gluten version. He survived the 20 minute suspense of eating at a new place. That's how quick he will get sick if anything is contaminated.

Amazing place! Very knowledgeable staff and extremely kind. They said that most things on the menu can be made gluten free. The in-house made bread on my burger was delicious. The burger was cooked just right. They had a dedicated fryer for the fresh cut fries which were seasoned perfectly. And the dessert....... Well I have never had a gluten free dish come out looking more beautiful than it. The flavor was to die for as well. This place is the best I have gone to for gluten free. I'm so thankful for their dedication.

I wish I lived close enough to come here more often! First time since pre-pandemic was earlier this week. It was as excellent as I remember. Lots of options, knowledgeable waitstaff, and delicious food, including their own house made gluten-free bread. Dedicated fryer.

Such a great experience!! The waitress was super knowledgeable and attentive to celiac and knew confidently which items were gf when i asked. They had a gf bun and wrap (which was super good) as well as lots of other food options that aren’t burgers, and their lentil burger patty is gf! Gf dessert options too

The staff is very knowledgeable about Celiacs and they will take extra steps to provide safety. They will change out oil for fryer and clean to make their sweet potato fries. They have gluten free dessert options. They also have gluten free breads for their sandwiches and sides.

The staff was super knowledgeable about gluten free. I was even able to get the chips because they offered to completely empty a vat of oil so I could have a dedicated fryer. I got a wrap and it was really good and stayed in one piece.

Stopped in because it was the closest place and am so glad we did. The food was delicious, the service excellent, cool atmosphere and a great value. Very knowledgeable about gluten free. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. No gluten free menu but staff seems knowledgeable. They offer gluten free wraps, bread, and some deserts. Most items can be adapted for GF. Great tasting wraps and bread!

OMG we just left the Chop Shop we had a great experience.. Our server caught the fact that the BBQ was not GF and offered a great substitute. They serve Gluten free bread and wraps and a wonderful GF cheesecake for dessert. My husband was in heaven! Definitely celiac friendly!! Norma

Root beer float cheesecake. Gluten free. Amazing. Best thing I've ever eaten. Wow. Get it. They always have something on the dessert menu that is gf friendly, and the regular menu is stellar. If you haven't checked it out, please do!

A great friendly place with home made gluten free breads and dessert. Make sure to tell your server and they will alert the kitchen. Menu changes often and everything they make is awesome!
