They made my salad in the back off the line to avoid cross contamination of salad ingredients. The worker washed his hands and changed gloves. He used a new dressing container and all dressings are GF. He used a newly sanitized chopping board, chopper, scraper, bowl etc. Wonderful experience!

We had a Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, grilled chicken and Parmesan cheese. I asked them to use fresh lettuce from the kitchen and not toss the salad to be safe. They all washed hands and changed gloves before making our salads. Allergens are clearly marked on the corporate website. Tasty option to grab on our way to catching our train. The manager was very helpful.

Almost the whole restaurant is gluten free except for the croutons, wontons, pita chips, panko fried chicken, falafel, and most desserts. Separate serving utensils for each ingredient except lettuce. All dressings GF. I’ve always ordered the kale caesar with grilled chicken and subbed in tomatoes for croutons. Very reasonably priced!

Have been here several times, is hit or miss. The employees are mostly knowledgeable and there’s a binder that says what ingredients have gluten. Since it’s made in front of you it’s hard to tell what ingredients could have come into contact with each other. Salads are really good and they will change their gloves and pull lettuce from the back but I most recently got very sick. Would maybe try again early when they’ve just opened and it’s clean but wouldn’t recommend when it’s busy
