Had the Mexicali Vegan which is GF. The preparer cleaned station changed cutting board and gloves when I identified as gluten allergy. A++++
Amazing selection, Great food, knowledgable staff, great portions and most importantly no reaction. I would go here again without hesitation.
Definitely have CROSS CONTAMINATION! This place is super busy for lunch, they can't hear you when you ask questions, THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND CELIAC DISEASE!
They mix and cut everything on the same equipment. They are too busy to change gloves, NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY. If you are just a little intolerant, probably OK.
And the previous review said all dressings are gluten free - We visited 4/2/15 - they said some of their dressings have gluten, but didn't know which ones. We passed on this one. Great concept, poorly executed for Celiac.

Amazingly fresh salad. GF chicken and shrimp. All their dressings are gluten free. Staff fully aware of the allergen.
We had a Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, grilled chicken and Parmesan cheese. I asked them to use fresh lettuce from the kitchen and not toss the salad to be safe. They all washed hands and changed gloves before making our salads. Allergens are clearly marked on the corporate website. Tasty option to grab on our way to catching our train. The manager was very helpful.

Celiac friendly and so delicious! I always remind the staff to change gloves. Almost the whole restaurant is gluten free except for the croutons, wontons, pita chips, panko fried chicken, falafel, and most desserts. Separate serving utensils for each ingredient except lettuce. All dressings GF. I’ve always ordered the kale caesar with grilled chicken and subbed in tomatoes for croutons. Very reasonably priced!

Have been here several times, is hit or miss. The employees are mostly knowledgeable and there’s a binder that says what ingredients have gluten. Since it’s made in front of you it’s hard to tell what ingredients could have come into contact with each other. Salads are really good and they will change their gloves and pull lettuce from the back but I most recently got very sick. Would maybe try again early when they’ve just opened and it’s clean but wouldn’t recommend when it’s busy
