The waiter was well aware of which items were GF and cross contact. We ordered platter and they just substituted gf options for the few items that were not GF. Food was absolutely delicious and my daughter did not get sick. We went at 530pm when not busy and every time they brought a platter they confirmed GF.

Great restaurant with very tasty sushi. My wife & I enjoyed it. Good vibe inside as well. Waitress and prior reviews made me very comfortable with the food. I only gave a 4 in stars, because after prior reviews I was expecting only tamari (no soy sauce), but I asked the server, and he said he wasn't sure and brought out 2 identical looking dishes with sauce in them, he said one was tamari & one was soy sauce (for my wife), but I was not confident that I was getting tamari so I didn't even try it. The food didn't need the tamari anyway, it was wonderful.
My partner and I shared 1 portion of the Premium Tasting experience ($175 instead of $350). However, there were 3 items on that menu which were not GF.
Our server took our recommendations back to the Chef and came back to us with what they could do. So, for 1 item we substituted a double portion of the Jungle Salad, and another we subbed the Crunchy Spicy Tuna roll. And they modified the Otoro Nigiri to be GF.
All of their soy sauce is actually tamari, our server commented that they switched all of their soy sauce bases to tamari years ago.
All of the food was excellent. My only regret was not adding caviar to our yellowfin. The Black Cod was definitely the star, though!
We ended the meal a little hungry still so we each had our own dessert. The mochi and crème brûlée. Great meal, definitely expensive but was a nice environment and enjoyed the tasting menu very much.

Absolutely delicious! Menu was labeled with gf and server was very knowledgeable. Everyone that brought a dish over said if it was gf or not. Even the spicy tuna crispy rice was gf with no cross contamination!
Great food and flavours! A fun Japanese and Peruvian fusion. Ensure to double check with the server who brings the food that it is gluten free. We had one or two dishes make it to the table but as soon as I asked they took it back and different food appeared.
We had a lovely meal with friendly, attentive service in a space with great vibes. Our server was incrediably knowledgable about Celiac and assured us that there would be no cross-contamination. I had one of the tasting menus - only one item was not GF and the chef substituted another dish. Great cocktails but the wine pairing was a disappointment - mediocre wines not paired to specific dishes. Overall, though, a wonderful night out. Highly recommended.
Such a delicious meal & there are so many options available at this restaurant. GF items are marked off but many of the others can be made GF as well. Waiters are knowledgeable and accommodating
Went for new years eve. All items were gf except for 1 which they offered me another choice. It was a set menu for new years but there menu has items marked.
Had a wonderful meal here, our server Jess was very knowledgeable and ensured our entire meal was gluten free. It was one of the best meals I've had. Japanese and Peruvian cuisines are some of my favorite and the dishes we ordered were incredible, if a bit small. Menu was clearly labeled and lots of variety.
