The five star chefs here have a gluten free menu upon request and are unusually talented in accommodating gluten free dining. I have Celiac Disease & eat here regularly -- always with no concerns/complications ever. Note - their hours are sharply limited to lunch & they are very busy/popular, so plan ahead. Namaste. <3
