The food is so tasty! There are tables that have individual pots as well as tables with communal pots—if done in the individual pots, it is very easy to be gluten free. The staff are knowledgeable about the items containing gluten—most items are naturally gluten free, but do specify before ordering. I was asked if I had an allergy when being seated and was show items on the menu that would not be suitable. The carousel is pretty much a no-go except for the edamame, but certain rolls can be special ordered gluten free.

Hot pot restaurant! Staff was knowledgeable and provided me a sesame oil alternative to the ponzu dipping sauce base and directed me to which broth I could have. Staff was able to point out which topping I should avoid and also pointed out toppings with nuts in them. All the veggies and meat come on their own family style plates to add to your broth, so as long as the people you dine with don’t cross contaminate the plates you should be fine! There is also a conveyor belt that bring some of the ingredients right to you raw.
