Review of Chuy's

I ordered a salad with lettuce, carrots and avocado only. The cilantro dressing seemed a weird color in pink but I didn’t question it. I was told the chips were gluten-free so I had some. All night, my stomach hurt and was messed up. Don’t know where the cross-contamination happened but it was miserable for me. Keep in mind, though I didn’t order meat, their meats are apparently marinated in beer which makes them not gluten-free. Just a heads up and I will say the gf menu did say “not guaranteed gf” at the top. I should’ve trusted my gut. No pun intended. Bottom line… their menu was not gluten-free but more like gluten-friendly. They tried.
