Review of Chuy's

I have heard they marinate all their meat in beer but I always get the Tex mex enchiladas with rice and beans and substitute the Tex mex sauce for a cilantro cream sauce (I forget what it’s called). I haven’t had any problems with that. I don’t eat the chips though as I’ve heard they use a shared fryer.
