Review of Chuy's

We asked to see the gluten free menu. The waitress was searching for one for awhile. While waiting she instructed us that the chips were gluten free. When I got the menu it said not to order the chips. I told the waitress the menu said no chips and she just shrugged like oh well. We asked to speak with the manager. He informed us that the chips at this location are because they are fried separately. He was not overly friendly and I felt like my diet restrictions were a nuisance. The gluten free menu is VERY limited. No meat options at all. I felt like a bother and an after thought. Not gluten free friendly!
