The waitress knew exactly what I could order. Several items including pizza. Waitress stated that the chef always takes care when preparing a gluten free item. The food was very good

Excellent gluten free pizza! Get the Bianca! And great service too, we will be back!
Not sure why everyone feels this place is Celiac friendly. I just called and the girl not only didn't know what Celiac disease was, but when she asked the chef it they prep the gluten free pizza in a safe way to avoid CC risk, she said that he said "no"...that all of the pizzas, gluten free or not are prepped on the same space using shared equipment. I have never eaten here, but I was highly disappointed with their answers when I called. Due to this, I wouldn't recommend this place for gluten free options. If you do wish to try it, I would recommend asking A LOT of questions first.
That have Udi's GF 10" crust. Good toppings. Salad dressing homemade.
Absolutely the best pizza crust I have eaten since finding out I am Celiac. Both chewy and crispy on the outside. I had the grilled eggplant topping and it was so yummy though my daughter and grandson thought I was crazy. My daughter had the meat lovers and my grandson had a pasta dish. Both of them loved theirs. It was amazing to be able to eat Italian dishes again and to be safe in a restaurant setting. Very helpful staff.
Staff is fabulous and so helpful!! The food was beyond delicious and were able to help with my son's gluten and soy allergies!! Cannot recommend them highly enough, and LOVED the food!
Ciao Bella in Niceville now has gluten free pizza. Pretty good. They are located in the Merchant's Walk area
