Although not advertised, this restaurant made gf pasta for my son and were almost shocked when we asked if they would use clean water, etc for cooking— “of course!”, was their response. We didn’t try the gf pizza, but our Swedish friends spoke to the waiters before our reservation and confirmed that they used all clean pans, it’s a premade gf crust, and that they take food allergies very seriously.
