You can find prepackaged GF turkey and tuna sandwiches throughout the terminal. If you don't find it at one place just keep looking. Turkey sandwich was good, but fair warning it was $13.

This is my go to place at Chicago O'Hare, and was glad to see about 10 places in terminal C alone in Newark that sold the same GF sandwhiches. The tuna wasn't as bad as I expected. There are also tons of choices for snacks, but it would be nice if they had some GF salads or other actual meal choices.

Not bad for an airport though!

Great options... they have many gluten free options.... the service is challenged as they try to get you tto use the self checkout.... creating long lines
